Refund & Return Policy

At Focusing In Growth & Holding Together LLC, we take pride in offering meaningful, made-to-order products through our HOPE Clothing Line and special collections like Girl Unknown: The Untold Stories of Pain, Hurt, & Heartbreak. Please review our refund and return guidelines carefully:
General Return Policy
All products are print-on-demand and made specifically for your order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, size changes, or color exchanges unless the item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Book Returns
Girl Unknown can only be returned if it arrives damaged or defective. A clear photo of the issue must be submitted to: hope@mentallystrongphysicallyfree.com
Claims & Deadlines
• Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
• Claims for orders not received must be submitted within 15–20 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
• If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we are not responsible for replacement; however, case-by-case credit toward your next order may be offered.
Lost or Returned Packages
• If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our Dallas facility. The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed.

Sealed Goods & Health Products
We do not accept returns on sealed goods such as face masks, socks, and hats due to health and hygiene concerns.
Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
1. Email us within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof.
2. You may request a replacement or refund.

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds for items ordered in error or if the customer changes their mind after purchase.
