What is HOPE Clothing?
HOPE Clothing is a purpose-driven brand under the Mentally Strong, Physically Free movement. We create apparel and accessories that raise mental health awareness and promote healing through bold, meaningful designs.

Ordering Information
 
Do I need to provide my email at checkout?
Yes, a valid email is required to receive your order confirmation, shipping updates, and tracking number.
 
I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us at hope@mentallystrongphysicallyfree.com with your full name and order info.
 
Can I update or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, no. Because all items are made to order, changes or cancellations aren’t possible once an order is submitted.
 
Can I mark my order as a gift?
We don’t currently offer gift wrapping or messages, but you’re welcome to ship your order directly to the recipient.
 
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we’re considering this in the future.
 
How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter your code in the Order Summary section at checkout. If you need help, email us with your full name, email, and coupon code.
 
Processing & Shipping
 
How long does it take to process an order?
Processing takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
 
Delivery estimates (after processing):
• Hoodies: 4–22 business days
• Sweatshirts: 4–10 business days
• T-Shirts: 4–24 business days
• Phone Cases: 8–11 business days
• Hats: 4–10 business days
• Beanies: 4–7 business days
• Calendars: 7–10 business days
• Fanny Packs: 8–11 business days
• Journals: 6–10 business days
• Throw Blankets: 7–10 business days
 
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $50 or more (pre-tax) ship free in the U.S. Discount applies automatically.
 
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time.
 
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on the way.
 
When should I reach out about a missing order?
Please wait until the maximum delivery window listed above has passed, then contact us at hope@mentallystrongphysicallyfree.com.
 
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we only ship to physical U.S. addresses.
 
Are there seasonal surcharges?
Yes. A $0.40 shipping surcharge applies to all orders placed Oct 21–Jan 19.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
 
Are shipping times guaranteed?
No. Times are estimated and may be affected by location, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
 
My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t get it. What now?
Check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery date for help.
 
Payment Information
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards via a secure checkout platform.
 
Is my payment secure?
Yes, payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We don’t store your card info.
 
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes. Tax is calculated based on your shipping address and local laws.
 

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
 
Can I return or exchange my item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective or incorrect, since each piece is made to order.
 
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
Email hope@mentallystrongphysicallyfree.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. Replacements take 2–7 business days. Claims submitted after 5 days may not qualify.
 
What if my package is lost or returned?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover reshipment. If it’s lost in transit, contact us within 15–20 days of the expected delivery date.
 
Items that are final sale and non-returnable:
• Face masks
• Socks
• Hats
• Any sealed goods
 
Where do I send an approved return?
Approved returns should be sent to: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, TX 75019 (Returns-only address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.)
 
Product Information
 
Are your items unisex?
Yes! Most products are unisex. Check product pages for sizing details.
 
Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes. For a looser fit, size up. Size charts are available on each product page.
 
Product Care:
• Wash inside out in cold water
• Tumble dry low or air dry
• Do not iron directly on designs
 
What if something is out of stock?
Sign up for restock notifications or our newsletter for updates!
 
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Not at this time.
 
Do you offer digital downloads?
No, we currently sell only physical items.
 
Do your accessories come in different sizes?
Most are one-size-fits-most. Check product pages for specific info.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

My coupon isn’t working. What do I do?
