Holiday Surcharge

 

From October 21 to January 19, a $0.40 holiday surcharge will be added per order due to carrier price increases.

This surcharge is taxable in states where shipping is taxed.

 

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a residential or commercial address.

Order Ownership

 

Once an order is passed to the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Some orders may ship in multiple packages.

 

Tracking & Issues

 

We recommend checking tracking details first. If your package is lost:

• Submit your claim within 20 days of the estimated delivery date.

• If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, we cannot reship but may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.
